Shared Memory IPC

The Shared Memory transport provides ultra-low latency inter-process communication for co-located services using lock-free SPSC ring buffers. It is delivered as an enterprise .swpkg plugin that integrates with the Surgewave broker via the IProtocolPlugin interface.
